Terms of Use
In force from 3 November 2026
These terms cover your use of Pleatra, a free folding puzzle for iOS that runs entirely on your device. By playing it you agree to them; if you do not, please do not use the app.
Your licence to fold
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Pleatra for your own entertainment, outside any commercial purpose.
Red ochre and the market
Red ochre is earned only by sealing puzzles in the game. It has no real-world value: it cannot be purchased, sold, transferred to another person or exchanged for anything outside the game. The same is true of the tools and looks offered at the Barter Frieze. Ochre and everything it obtained may be lost if you wash the papyri or delete the app.
Fair use of the scroll
Please do not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app, or tamper with its saved record to alter the game.
Whose work this is
The game, its puzzles, artwork, music, sounds, text and code belong to the developer. This licence lets you play; it does not give you ownership of any of them.
No accounts, no online services
Pleatra has no accounts, no online services, no in-app purchases and no user-generated content. It runs on your device and nowhere else.
As it is
Pleatra is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. The developer is not liable for any loss arising from using the app, to the extent the law allows.
Players of every age
Pleatra is a family-friendly puzzle suitable for general audiences.
Revisions
These terms may be updated. Continuing to use Pleatra after an update means you accept the current version, shown on this page with its date.
